Location: Thorpe Park, KT16 8PN

Hours: Full Time, 5 days per week

Pay: £11.72 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Hotel Operations as the designated duty manager during your shift
  • Address guest feedback promptly through various communication channels
  • Assist the Hotel Operations Assistant Manager in leading the front of house team, managing several direct reports
  • Ensure that all training for direct reports is current and comprehensive

As necessary, you will be responsible for conducting hotel evacuations in compliance with Fire & Safety regulations, along with performing hotel inspections and fire extinguisher checks during each shift. Comprehensive training will be provided, encompassing our hotel and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • A passion for crafting memorable experiences for guests
  • Integrity in managing guest property
  • Prior experience in people management

Due to the nature of this role, we will only consider applications from candidates over the age of 18. Working hours will include weekends and holidays as required.
