Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Fright Night Team Leader to join our team at Thorpe Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Front of House areas, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of seasonal hosts to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and upselling to meet financial and sales targets
  • Act as departmental duty manager on a rotational basis, building strong relationships with other departments across the resort
  • Lead by example, driving high standards of guest experience and customer service
  • Problem solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
