Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Host to join our Front of House team at Thorpe Park Resort. As a Senior Host, you will be responsible for ensuring a professional operation of the department, driving standards, and assisting with on-the-spot coaching when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front of House Team Leaders to maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a smooth operation of the department.
  • Act as a role model for seasonal hosts, driving standards and assisting with on-the-spot coaching when required.
  • Manage 'Car Park 1' shifts, overseeing the division and reporting to Alpha 1.
  • Deal with guest complaints as the first point of contact.
  • Assist Team Leaders with cashing out of vouchers.
  • Carry out 'Welcome 1' Shift, covering Business Reception and Wardrobe.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a team and alone.
  • Approachable, fun, and friendly demeanor towards all guests and team members at all times.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Passionate about delivering quality service to our guests.
