As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with room maintenance, reporting any issues or concerns to the management team.
- Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
