**What will I do?**

In this role, you will be based on the Business Reception desk, however you are an extension of the Admissions team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- You will be the point of contact to support the wider Admissions Team if guest queries/complaints are escalated
- Dealing with admission ticket queries/issues
- Ensuring that all administration procedures and processes are kept up to date and are well organised.
- Monitoring site access through the business reception ensuring all staff, business visitors and contractors have approved ID or have followed the sign in procedure.
- Being aware of and ensuring that all uniform standards and site security procedures are being adhered to.
- Confident
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong decision making skills
- Comfortable working alone
- Give excellent customer service
- Good knowledge of the park and its operation to support staff and guests.
- High level of computing skills

**Hours**:Full time and part time position available. Shifts start at 8.15am until park closes

**Pay**:£10.24 per hour
