What you'll do
You will focus on delivering new store equipment / technology projects to our stores. Planning, managing, and coordinating the rollout of key business projects. Working on multiple projects simultaneously to improve processes in our stores. Development of high-quality training materials and guidelines with an end user focus. Analyse and report on the progress of projects. Manage a wide range of internal & external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across GB, International Headquarters, Regional Distribution Centres and Stores. Present project proposals and outcomes to Senior Management Deliver key project presentations at National MeetingsWhat you'll need
Previous Project Management experience. A confident and resilient approach capable of working closely with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret and analyse data. A creative and forward-thinking commercial mindset Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve results. Proven ability to make important decisions and meet company demands and deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to present regularly at senior level of the business.
