As a HR Administration Assistant, you will ensure the lifecycle of employees is efficiently and accurately administered using bespoke & Zellis software.
This is an incredible opportunity for you to shape and grow your HR career as we are keen for this role to progress and develop.
Day to day duties as a HR Administration Assistant:- Assist with over all administration for the HR team
- Administer new starters, changes and leaver forms ensuring all completed in line with SLA and in time for payroll deadlines
- Look after the lifecycle of employees
- Update all employee records using online system
- Give guidance and advice on any issues/hr queries
- Ensure appropriate authorisation of all employee changes are in place as per Company requirements
- Liaise with payroll and other teams across the organisation to ensure all relevant info/notifications are sent out.
- Previous HR administration experience is required
- CIPD is not essential as the company offer learning and training however an interest in studying is preferred
- Work well under pressure
- Good working attitude
- Happy to jump in and help others
- Be confident at communicating with people at all levels
- Up to £24500 annual salary
