Returns Administrator

Solihull - B90

Temporary

£10.00 per hour

Monday to Friday
Potential odd Saturday's

Duties:

  • Returns and exchange management.
  • Any returns that come through the system to action
  • Where items are missing, to escalate to Customer Experience team
  • Ensuring returns are processed efficiently
  • Updating customer information on database
  • Liasing with Customer Experience team with orders and returns

Requirements:

  • Computer literate confident with technology.
  • Administration experience would be very advantageous
  • A desire to learn, grow and succeed.
  • Able to pay attention to detail
  • A passion for fashion would be very beneficial
