Job Title: Lettings Accounts Administrator

Location: Solihull

Basic: £24,000- £26,000 (depending on experience) + Commission

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Accounts Administrator to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our estate agents and ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to our estate agents, including answering inquiries, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Property Management: Assist with the preparation and processing of property-related documentation, including tenancy agreements, inventories, and rental applications.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle financial transactions, including rent collection, deposit returns, and invoice processing.
  • Landlord Queries: Respond to landlord queries and provide support with property maintenance requests.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working in admin for an estate agent or property management company.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of property management or lettings would be ideal.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills.
  • Local Knowledge: Knowledge of the local area.
  • Communication: Well-spoken and well-presented.
