The School of Arts and Creative Technologies (ACT) brings contemporary, dynamic and creative disciplines together to inspire new areas for teaching, learning and research.


We are seeking an Administration Coordinator who will help the school deliver an outstanding experience to students, staff and external customers, develop best-in-class processes to aid efficient and effective administration.

You will support students, staff and external visitors to ensure that all aspects of school life run

Skills, Experience & Qualification needed:

  • A general education to include three passes at A level, or an equivalent educational qualification, or relevant experience
  • Experience of delivering highquality administrative services and working in an administrative role within an academic department/school.
  • Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Office and Google Applications with strong IT skills
  • Ability to review procedures and processes, ensuring they are fit for purpose and maximise efficiency; make recommendations for improvements as identified and implement agreed changes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide detailed advice and guidance on specialist defined processes and procedures to internal and external contacts
  • Ability to work as part of as a team and on your own Initiative with good problem solving skills
  • A high degree of attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
