At Peabody, we are currently looking for an Assistant Commercial Manager to join us on a full-time basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.
About the Role:
As an Assistant Commercial Manager, you will utilize your commercial and cost control expertise to bring value to projects across all of Peabody's regions. You will play a key role in enhancing the design and construction cost control strategies, supporting the growth and maintenance of our development program, which aims to deliver up to 2,000 new homes annually.
Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:
- Assisting in commercial and procurement activities to add value at crucial project stages in London and the Home Counties.
- Contributing to the formation of consultant and contractor frameworks from a commercial standpoint.
- Engaging in key supplier interactions across various disciplines.
- Participating in project reviews and approval processes in line with organizational governance procedures.
- Promoting a positive health and safety culture throughout projects.
This position will require a minimum of two days per week at our Westminster Bridge Road office.
