As a Customer Support Advisor you will be:

  • Assisting customers with inquiries and providing information about services and offerings.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Working closely with other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Providing feedback to the management team on customer issues and suggestions.
  • Keeping uptodate with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

The Successful Applicant:

A successful Customer Support Advisor should have:

  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle stressful situations and remain patient and professional.
  • Experience within customer service telephony based roles.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
