We have an opportunity for an HR Ops Associate join the HR team of a fantastic and fun team in a West End-based Private Equity firm.

They are a global and very successful firm with around 150 in their London office and an incredibly low turnover of staff.

You'll be part of a professional, lovely and friendly culture where everyone is super approachable.

The Role:

  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries
  • Manage the central inbox
  • Assist with employee lifecycle duties
  • Manage onboarding, induction and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Prepare and review documents
  • Process transactions
  • Maintain employment records and employee files.
  • Document HR operational workflows.
  • Manage annual processes
  • Verify and process invoices
  • Assist with recruitment processes
