As a Supervisor at Smythson, you will:

- Support the Store Manager and pro-actively drive and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store
- Reach and, where possible, exceed sales targets
- Maintain operational procedures to ensure efficient and accurate stock management systems
- Be a key holder for the store and open and close the premises as required
- Undertake store administration and banking duties
- Maintain accurate and up to date product knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service in line with Smythson Customer Service standards when customer facing and cultivate this approach as a culture in the store
- Ensure timely and effective communication between Stores, Retail Operations and Head Office

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
