Key Responsibilities:
The Construction Site Supervisor will be tasked with the following:

  • Overseeing the comprehensive management of joinery packages on-site.
  • Handling the daily operations and coordination of subcontractors.
  • Providing regular updates on project progress to senior management and collaborating with essential team members, including Quantity Surveyors, Designers, and Planners, to maintain quality standards.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Documenting and reporting on progress against project timelines and objectives.
  • Conducting regular site meetings with subcontractors to ensure accurate project delivery.
  • Managing and reporting on all activities related to subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with suppliers to enhance supply chain management.
  • Driving improvements in overall project value, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Identifying, assessing, and managing risks associated with subcontracted work to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Upholding high standards of health and safety as well as quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements:
Applicants should possess relevant qualifications and demonstrate a robust background in joinery, along with extensive experience in managing joinery projects within the interior fit-out sector.

Compensation:
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 to £65,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
