Testudo is working with a luxury residential manager to recruit a Building Supervisor and Concierge to oversee the management of high-end estate development.

**About The Role**

You will be responsible for monitoring the activity related to the site throughout the day, patrolling and inspecting any areas that need close attention paid to them. You will be the firs point of contact for all the residents in the building, essentially you be the face to the management company as well. Whilst managing the day to day job that come with a multi-tenanted building and be confident with customers, relying key information back to the central team

**What We Are Looking For**

We need someone who understands the presentational side of building management, given the nature of clients living there. Someone who understands how to work manage their own workload including have a keen eye for detail and health and safety orientated.

**Working Hours**

Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM

**Pay**

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,500.00 per year

**Benefits**:
