Join our team as a Band 7 Projects and Partnerships Manager, where you'll play a vital role in driving strategic education and student experience development within the Directorate of Education and Training, and in the Trust's partnerships with universities and professional bodies.

You will contribute towards the implementation of the Trust's strategy and education and training strategic aims, coordinating and managing projects, and collaborating with colleagues to propose new activities aligned with our broader goals.

Your responsibilities will include project management across the directorate, providing specialist advice to senior staff, and effectively communicating project information to stakeholders.

You will play a key role in embedding delivered projects into business-as-usual functions. You will take a project management approach to coordinating reviews and accreditation visits by our partners.

The newly established Projects and Partnerships Manager, reporting to the Head of Operations (Education & Training), has responsibility for leading a team of Project Managers that provide the day-to-day support to senior colleagues in the implementation of the Trust's priorities in relation to education and training.

This will include project management and oversight for projects and workstreams within broader programmes, as well as supporting members of staff from across the Directorate of Education & Training (DET) who will be leading these initiatives.

In particular, you will work closely with the Head of Operations (DET), Director of Education (Academic Governance & Quality), Director of Education (Teaching & Learning), and Director of Education (Operations) as well as heads of professional service teams and academic portfolios.

You will also play a key role in the Trust's partnerships with university partners and professional, statutory and regulatory bodies, taking a project management approach to coordinating periodic and institutional reviews and (re)-accreditation visits.

The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust is a specialist mental health Trust, providing a full range of over 30 mental health services and psychological therapies for children and their families, young people and adults.

The Trust is also registered with the Office for Students and the Division of Education & Training (DET) delivers over 100 education and training courses to over 4,000 students, including Master's and Doctoral degrees through University Partners.

The Trust educators are also clinicians, creating a rare clinician-tutor-academic model delivered in a healthcare setting where theory and practice are in constant conversation.
