Head of Commercial Partnerships

Motorsport UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our commercial partnerships efforts. As Head of Commercial Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving new and recurring commercial partner revenues into the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial partnerships strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new commercial partnership opportunities across all Motorsport UK properties
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing commercial partners to ensure timely rights delivery and continuity of business
  • Line manage a Commercial Assistant and provide direction for work streams
  • Support commercial tenders for product or service opportunities related to Motorsport UK owned and operated championships
  • Provide commercial and partnership-based insight to internal projects and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on commercial funnels and partnership results
  • Manage commercial partnership budgets
  • Represent Motorsport UK at networking bodies and industry organisations as required
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in securing significant third-party commercial partner revenue for sports propositions
  • Background in developing new products, services, commercial portfolios, and partnerships to deliver sustained business growth
  • Experience in a similar role with a membership agency or sports property
  • Self-starter with ability to work autonomously
  • Highly organised with ability to manage a broad and ambitious workload
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work with partners to deliver projects
  • Ability to think on feet and adapt to a fast-moving environment
