Summary of This Role
  • Effectively manage employee information to meet legal requirements and support human resource management.
  • Analyze and prepare reports on various HR-related data.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies.
What Part Will You Play?
  • Support HR Business Partner with administrative tasks including data entry, document scanning, and form processing.
  • Acquaint yourself with corporate policies and guidelines.
  • Assist team members with HR inquiries and communication of events.
  • Prepare reports for HRBP as needed.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No Relevant Experience Required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 Years Relevant Experience
  • Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative support
