Summary of This Role- Effectively manage employee information to meet legal requirements and support human resource management.
- Analyze and prepare reports on various HR-related data.
- Respond to inquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies.
- Support HR Business Partner with administrative tasks including data entry, document scanning, and form processing.
- Acquaint yourself with corporate policies and guidelines.
- Assist team members with HR inquiries and communication of events.
- Prepare reports for HRBP as needed.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- No Relevant Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 Years Relevant Experience
- Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative support
- Acquisition and application of job skills and company policies
- Ability to handle routine to semi-routine assignments
- Proficiency in relevant software systems such as Microsoft Suites and HRIS
- Collaborative problem-solving approach
