Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal obligations.
  • Assist in human resource management and planning by recommending and implementing new processes and analyses.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for management, external agencies, and employees.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organizational standards.
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Typically No Relevant Experience Required
Desired Skills and Capabilities
  • Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks.
  • Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes.
  • Knowledgeable in applicable software systems, e.g. Microsoft Suites, HRIS, Performance Management.
