Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team at TSYS Managed SVCS EMEA, LTD (GB). The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee information, assisting with human resource management and planning, and analyzing data to prepare reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job history, and benefits details.
  • Assist HR Business Partners with administrative tasks, such as data entry, scanning documents, and mail merges.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for management, including employee demographics, skills inventory, and absence statistics.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries about HR-related information, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
  • Support the development and implementation of new HR processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Typically no relevant experience required, but minimum 2 years of experience in human resources or administrative support is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR software systems, such as Microsoft Suites and HRIS, is essential.
