About This Role

At TSYS Managed SVCS EMEA, LTD (GB), we're committed to delivering exceptional payment technology and software solutions. As an HR Administrator, you'll play a vital role in maintaining employee information and supporting human resource management and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
  • Assist in human resource management and planning by recommending and implementing new processes and analyses.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for management, external agencies, and employees.
  • Respond to employee, manager, and external agency inquiries regarding human resource information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organizational standards.
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No relevant experience required, but a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources or administrative support.
Desired Skills and Capabilities
  • Acquires and applies job skills, learns company policies and procedures, and completes routine tasks.
  • Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes.
  • Knowledgeable in applicable software systems, including Microsoft Suites and HRIS.
