We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Altitude-Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our Business Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting the effective delivery of HR services and driving the continuous improvement of HR processes within the business.
A growing manufacturing company with a presence in Europe, this position is essential to enhancing employee engagement, maintaining HR compliance, and driving business success.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist with performance management, coaching managers and employees to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure company policies are up to date and compliant with employment law.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development activities to upskill the team.
- Support payroll administration, manage employee benefits, and handle employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to global HR projects and initiatives, driving business growth and improvement.
Proven experience as a HR Generalist or in a similar HR role within a global or fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidate will have CIPD Level 3 qualification and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
