HR Administration Apprentice

Job Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator Trainee, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager with various recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting functions.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the preparation of monthly and ad-hoc reports
- Maintaining the current Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and associated records
- Managing the departmental inbox and addressing recruitment inquiries
- Providing administrative assistance for Talent Acquisition initiatives
- Supporting the administration of our psychometric testing platform and chatbot
- Aiding in the organization of graduate assessment centers
- Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires as needed
- Offering general administrative support to the recruitment team
Required Qualifications:
- GCSE English and Maths - Minimum Grade 4
- Strong communication skills across all levels
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently
- Professional demeanor, approachable attitude, and a commitment to facilitating smooth HR operations
