About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Compliance Administrator to join our team at Pertemps. As a key member of our People Services Hub, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for compliance and screening-related activities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support for Right to Work compliance, recruitment processes, and immigration and employment vetting.
  2. Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems and processes related to Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS), Disclosure Scotland, and Access NI.
  3. Conduct ID validation checks and process screening checks, maintaining operational trackers and ensuring data is accurately captured.
  4. Assist with process mapping and document creation relating to the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS), Disclosure Scotland, and Access NI.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in an HR/Operational administration role, ideally with experience in screening and compliance.
  2. Proficiency in data analysis, with an interest in being data-driven to support decision-making.
  3. Flexible and responsive to change, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
