Role Overview
  • Manage employee records to ensure compliance with legal standards and support effective human resource management.
  • Compile and analyze HR-related data to generate insightful reports.
  • Address inquiries from employees, management, and external organizations.
Your Contributions
  • Assist the HR Business Partner with administrative responsibilities, including data entry, document management, and processing forms.
  • Familiarize yourself with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Support team members with HR-related inquiries and communication of organizational events.
  • Prepare necessary reports for the HR Business Partner.
Qualifications We SeekMinimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No prior experience necessary
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in Human Resources or administrative support roles

  • Capability to manage routine to semi-routine tasks
