Role Overview- Manage employee records to ensure compliance with legal standards and support effective human resource management.
- Compile and analyze HR-related data to generate insightful reports.
- Address inquiries from employees, management, and external organizations.
- Assist the HR Business Partner with administrative responsibilities, including data entry, document management, and processing forms.
- Familiarize yourself with corporate policies and procedures.
- Support team members with HR-related inquiries and communication of organizational events.
- Prepare necessary reports for the HR Business Partner.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- No prior experience necessary
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in Human Resources or administrative support roles
- Ability to acquire and apply job-related skills and company policies
- Capability to manage routine to semi-routine tasks
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS
- Collaborative approach to problem-solving
