We are seeking a seasoned EMEA HR Manager to drive HR operations across the region, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all aspects of HR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal standards.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless HR operations.
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team to optimize system functionality and improve automation of key HR processes.
  • Coordinate payroll management, including new hires, terminations, promotions, salary adjustments, and leave balances.
  • Stay ahead of changes in employment laws across the EMEA region, ensuring our policies are compliant.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
  • Analyze HR data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights, creating reports to support decision making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in HR operations, with a strong background in employee relations, policy development, and process improvement.
  • In-depth understanding of UK Employment Law, knowledge of employment regulations across the EMEA Region is a plus.
  • Data-oriented/Analytical Mind.
  • EMEA experience.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with HRIS (Oracle), Proficiency in a second European language (e.g., German, Spanish or French).
