An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Booking Clerk to join the Antenatal Patient Access Centre team at Liverpool Women's Hospital on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
The post holder is responsible for the booking and scheduling of appointments.
A large proportion of the Booking Clerk's role is to be our patients' first point of contact; therefore, a very high standard of customer service skills is required, as an exceptional telephone manner and a calm, understanding and caring nature.
Patient Access Centre manages a high volume of calls daily, and the post holder will be required to support the chronological booking and scheduling of clinic appointments.
