Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and processing pre-advices and shipping documentation.
  • Issuing customs clearance instructions and notices of arrival.
  • Booking FCL and LCL deliveries, including merchant and line haulages.
  • Day-to-day invoicing and following up on purchase orders/shipments.
  • Communication with overseas offices and partners.
  • Maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
  • Deep sea import experience.
  • Excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft packages.
  • Good telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and good time-management.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
