There are absolutelyno sales responsibilities, simply ensuring clients are fully supported and utilising their membership benefits:
- Ensure end to end processes for membership experience (onboarding/retention/renewals/lapsers/conclusion) are completed.
- Provide all members with a highquality membership experience, ensuring they are aware of member benefits and how to access these.
- Act as the conduit between a variety of departments, assisting with administrative support, focused activity and development, member experience and growth.
- Assist with membership benefit, retention projects and activities
- Working within the Relationship team, act as the link between the central teams, maximising member access to benefits.
- Promote and signpost members to Professional Development courses opportunities within the business
- Meet and exceed personal retention targets which contribute to both your own and the teams' financial targets and KPIs.
Relationship Executive skills and experience:
- Successful track record of providing superb customer service /relationship management and liaising with very senior individuals. Business to Business experience preferred
- A clear and precise communicator, with good verbal and written skills as well as an eye for detail.
- A motivated selfstarter, who copes well under pressure and can multitask with ease,
You will be able to build and develop relationships with key stakeholders and work with wonderful volunteers across the region.
This role is a remote position,with a very small amount of regional travel.Hours: 9am - 5pm (flexible hours are available) full time working from home. 12 months maternity contract
Location; Any location across the North West (working from home)
