**Role: Relationship Executive**

**Location: Trafford Park - Hybrid (2 days a week onsite)**

**Starting Salary: £23,500 +**

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our client's market-leading finance company. We are currently recruiting for a Relationship Executive who would be supporting customers that are on debt solution plans, helping them repay their debt in the best possible way.

The Relationship Executive will be responsible for proactively managing relationships with customers whilst always maintaining excellent customer service. Adopting a professional, customer
- focused approach and ensuring that all information given to customers is in line with their payment plan.

Our client's purpose-built campus also includes an onsite gym, delicious food served by our in house chefs and a Wolf coffee bar. This is a permanent role with the requirement of 2 days a week in the office.

**Duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Ensuring that all support and advice within the debt solution provided is fully consistent of regulatory expectations (consumer outcomes)
- Responding promptly to resolve any customer queries, signposting any complaints as necessary
- Where customer vulnerability has been identified ensure that the relevant support teams are notified

**Requirements for the Relationship Executive**:

- 2 years' experience in a telephone-based customer service role.
- Complaints handling experience
- Analytical, time management and organisation skills
