We are looking for a Client Relationship Executive with hands-on experience in the B2B industry and management skills to build effective relationships with clients.
**About you?**
You will have 2 years of experience working in a Customer Relationship role within a marketing agency. Have a passion for building strong and long-term relationships with clients whilst maintaining a commercial and strategic focus.
You should be comfortable in leading calls with clients from the onboarding stage to the renewal stage. You should have a basic understanding of negotiations and will be competent in making upsells and renewals.
**Job duties**:
- Reporting directly to the Client Growth Manager
- Manage the relationships of a client portfolio from a range of different sectors
- Lead the client onboarding process
- Be targeted on the overall LTV and AOV of your client portfolio
- Manage renewals, retention and upsells
- Lead monthly client performance calls
- Be the direct contact for all client communications
- Manage clients within the internal CRM system
- Work closely with your clients to understand their business, objectives and challenges
- Be the voice of the customer
- Act as a communication channel between the client and our strategy team
