You'll be the key to ensuring exceptional customer experiences while identifying new opportunities to deliver more value.

Your Day-to-Day

Manage client portfolios worth up to £3,000 annually.
Handle 40-60 renewals per month with a focus on achieving a 95% retention rate.
Identify and promote opportunities to upsell additional services, with a target of £10k new business per quarter.
Build strong relationships through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
