The Client Service Manager will be responsible for driving sales and service delivery to assigned clients, expanding Airswift's client and contractor base, and diversifying service lines.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, effective debt resolution, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including contractors and executive sponsors.
  • Maintaining and expanding Airswift's client and contractor base to drive net new GP growth.
  • Ensuring compliance with standardised workflows to effectively manage project delivery within the contracted scope, timeline, and cost.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $72000-$96000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Additionally, you will receive an attractive monthly base salary + competitive commission/performance bonus, as well as genuine career progression opportunities and world-class training programmes and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing trusted advisor relationships with key line managers, contractors, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Resolving debt and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the necessary parties have the right information to collect client debts.
  • Developing vertical expertise and becoming the subject matter expert in that space.
