As a Client Relationship Executive at CarFinance 247, your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the entire process of purchasing their vehicle. You will assist clients in obtaining the most suitable financing options while helping them find the perfect car to meet their requirements. We seek a dedicated Client Relationship Executive who is driven to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.

You will possess excellent communication skills, a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others, and a strong organizational aptitude. Being tech-savvy and committed to hard work will enable you to thrive in this role, where your efforts and dedication will be recognized and rewarded.

Top achievers in this position can earn over £65,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish rapport with clients to accurately assess their needs.
  • Guide clients through each phase of their vehicle purchasing experience.
  • Effectively utilize and maintain our CRM system to manage client interactions proactively.
  • Meet all performance metrics related to activity and quality.
  • Reach sales and performance objectives set by the organization.
  • Excel in a dynamic, target-driven environment characterized by high energy and significant rewards.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring the client remains central to all actions.
  • Contribute positively to team goals and achieve both individual and collective targets.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant standards, including the Data Protection Act and Money Laundering regulations.
