As a Client Relationship Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships. Your excellent telephone manner and ability to deliver exceptional customer service will be the key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction

Handling incoming client inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses

Processing sales orders and ensuring they are delivered to clients in a timely manner

Collaborating with other teams, such as the sales team, to provide seamless service to clients

Proactively identifying opportunities to up sell or cross-sell to existing clients
