Job Description:

  • Coown our shared People inbox and assisting the wider People team with responding to triaging queries in a timely manner
  • Manage the HR administration for our global team, including creating contracts, change letters and responding to reference requests
  • Own our global payroll administration and processing, making sure that all payroll information is accurate and processed in time for payroll deadlines, including pensions and benefits
  • Owning the entire benefits administration process, with support from the People Operations Manager
  • Coordinate HR and company inductions and manager onboarding, looking for ways to continuously improve the experience
  • Keep global People data up to date and accurate at all times; including starter, mover & leaver information on our HR and other systems and Employee Files.
  • Proactively create and share reports with the People Team and wider organisation‌, considering how we can improve efficiencies and influence using data
  • Support People Partners and employees around exits, sending out exit surveys to all leavers, flagging key themes with relevant People Partners to discuss during exit interviews
  • Support People Partners in ER cases i.e., PIP documentation, probation discussions and extensions, investigations and general change management.
  • Support People team projects, i.e. process flow charts, manager and employee training, gender pay reporting
  • Identifying ways to improve current processes to increase consistency and efficiency within the People Team, considering ways to enhance self service
  • Coordinating events to support the wider People Team, including supporting People Partners to run sessions where needed and moving towards contributing as you grow in the role

Qualifications:

You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Experience in HR administration, dealing with the employee experience from start to end
  • Experience or a willingness to have an improvement focused approach to working
  • Experience in processing data on HR systems
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to communicate with empathy
  • Great attention to detail, organisation and planning your time accordingly to get the job done
  • A desire to work as part of a team
  • A desire to get involved in projects from start to finish, occasionally taking the lead with support from the People Operations Manager
  • A desire to get more involved in generalist HR, employment law and daytoday activities of the People function, supporting your development
