We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic team player to join the busy vehicle rental department at our Ransomes Europark Dealership.


The role involves:

  • Delivering a firstclass customer experience
  • Taking enquiries and bookings from customers
  • Advising on additional sales
  • Processing deposits, payments and refunds
  • Checking customer ID and insurance eligibility
  • Seeing vehicles out and checking them back in
  • Delivering and collecting vehicles
  • Completing vehicle checks and ensuring maintenance schedules are adhered to
  • Fulfilling all the administrative requirements with a high level of accuracy

Requirements:

  • A customer orientated approach
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • A proactive, cando attitude
  • The ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, reactive environment
  • A full driving licence is essential for this role. Including C1 & D1 categories. We cannot accept applicants who hold an automatic only licence.

Workings hours will typically be 3 days per week, 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday with the requirement to work Saturday on a rota basis.
