Role Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our supportive team in a call centre setting. In this position, you will manage a significant volume of incoming calls from clients, providing outstanding service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and guaranteeing a positive customer experience. We emphasize a collaborative environment where teamwork, support, and personal development are at the forefront. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, along with the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively. Previous experience in a similar capacity is advantageous, and a positive, team-oriented mindset is essential.
Requirements:
While prior experience in the vehicle rental sector is not necessary (as our comprehensive induction training will equip you), it is crucial to bring your customer service expertise, administrative skills, and most importantly, a calm, 'can-do' attitude. A Full UK or EU Driving Licence is also required.
