Property Administrator

**Duties (To include but are not limited to)**:
- Provide excellent customer service to both customers and our clients.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values, both Lettings and Sales.
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants.
- Negotiating sales offers and Lets with potential buyers and tenants.
- Providing clients with a premium service which may include: prospecting for new properties to sell or let; arranging viewings; booking appointments for additional services such as mortgages, conveyancing etc.
- Generating new business.
- Assist in producing Inventory Reports and Inspection Reports for Rental Properties.
**Experience Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role (preferably within the property management sector, but not required)
- Proficiency in using Alto or similar property management software (preferred but not required)
- Qualification in Housing and Property Management or a similar, property related qualification (preferred but not required)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures; such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a friendly team, but also independently
**Other Requirements**
- Enthusiastic, respectful & trustworthy
- Must have a Full UK Driving Licence
- Weekend availability (every alternate Saturday)
As a Property Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the running of our Lettings and Sales. You will be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Your ability to communicate effectively, stay organised, and handle administrative tasks will contribute to your success in this role.
