As a Customer Service Agent, you will be integral in delivering our award-winning service directly to clients, ensuring our vehicles are available precisely when and where they are needed.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to become part of our supportive team in a call centre setting. In this position, you will manage a substantial volume of incoming inquiries from clients, providing outstanding service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and fostering a positive customer experience. We emphasize a collaborative atmosphere where teamwork, support, and personal development are at the forefront. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively. Previous experience in a similar capacity is advantageous, and a positive, team-oriented mindset is crucial.

While prior industry or vehicle rental administration experience is not necessary (as our comprehensive induction training will equip you), you will need to bring your customer service expertise, administrative skills, and most importantly, a calm, 'can-do' attitude ( along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, of course) to excel in this role.
