We are continuing to experience growth and currently have five locations throughout the UK.
**The Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Rental administrator based at our offices in Ipswich. You will report to the Depot Manager and become an integral part of the Team providing support across the business to Sales and Rental.
Processing vehicle documents, order numbers and invoice requests. on the Company’s IT systems in a timely manner, and to a high degree of accuracy whilst maintaining strong and supportive relationships with key internal stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Undertaking end to end sales administrative tasks, booking in service requirements with service agents, preparing sales documents, liaising with customers and suppliers.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers, over the telephone and in person.
- Responding to all internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Issuing start up order numbers to third party suppliers to ensure work is completed on vehicles.
- Ensure all vehicle checks are complete and compliant with all company policies.
- Updating company website and social media posts.
