As a Store Design Project Manager, your role will involve managing creative solutions for a variety of retail projects, collaborating with different departments, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project manage creative solutions for retail stores, office spaces, and special projects
- Manage stakeholder expectations for each project
- Lead project management of stores assigned to internal or external architects
- Monitor budgets and construction schedules
- Coordinate with external consultants and contractors
Construction Management
- Attend site meetings and monitor progress
- Review shop drawings and ensure compliance
- Lead the rectification process of build defects
Store Maintenance & Small Works
- Develop solutions for retail maintenance needs
Reporting & Communication
- Monitor project spend and timings
- Communicate project progress and outcomes
- Maintain knowledge of skincare and retail industries
Capacity
- Build relationships with contractors
- Travel throughout Europe, UAE, and Russia
- Demonstrate autonomy, efficiency, and excellence in project delivery
