About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Design Manager to join our team at Aquent. As a Store Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional project working teams, designing and managing retail brand experiences, and creating accurate, buildable, and timely designs within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage retail brand experiences within all store classifications throughout the EMEA portfolio, from project design to site planning and opening.
- Create accurate, buildable, and timely designs within budget, ensuring high-quality and creative solutions.
- Manage complex, high-level projects from start to finish, reflecting your skill set and experience.
- Review project information, including local regulations, permitting guidelines, and site survey reports.
- Liaise with external partners to gain permissions and approvals.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, or equivalent.
- 5-7+ years of experience in retail store space planning and design, or architectural and/or design consultancy practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, Smartsheet, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal, visual, and presentation communication skills to diverse business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives deliverables on time and within budget.
