Role Overview:

We are seeking a Store Manager for our flagship store in London. The role focuses on driving sales, achieving profit goals, and delivering outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will lead the team, collaborate with marketing on product promotions, and connect with London's fashion and lifestyle communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive store sales and profitability by implementing strategic initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Inspire and manage the team, conduct meetings, and provide development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Forecast stock needs, manage inventory, and conduct annual audits to minimise loss and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Manage costs, ensure compliance with company policies, and create team schedules to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Collect customer data in compliance with GDPR for marketing insights and to improve customer experience.
  • Work with marketing to design store layouts and execute promotions that drive sales and engagement.
  • Build relationships within London's fashion and cultural communities to promote our products and services.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience managing retail stores with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient store operations and effective decision-making.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience in the sports or fashion industry is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Fluency in English and another language is beneficial for effective communication with diverse customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and be available for on-call duties as required.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
