About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Store Design Junior Project Manager to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. As a key member of our Store Design & VM team, you will be responsible for managing key store design projects within Northern Europe, from initial creative concept to store opening.

This role involves fostering exceptional Charlotte Tilbury customer experience within cost, schedule, and operational requirements. You will work closely with the wider Store Design & VM team across our EMEA function to review and obtain approval of manufacture drawings for design integrity and safety standards for assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure design standards and concepts are maintained in all architectural details.
  • Manage design packs for internal approval and external/retailer sign-off process.
  • Manage, assist, and develop Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. consultants, including ME engineers, external PMs, and architects.
  • Understand and interpret DDA and building codes, ensuring compliance with relevant building applications.
  • Assist in development and updates to design standards guidelines.
  • Perform material and detail research with suppliers and consultants for architectural store design elements, considering construction standards, maintenance, operations, and procurement needs.
  • Ensure that the execution of assigned projects is in alignment with Brand strategy, project schedules, and project budgets.
  • Provide and manage CPA for all store design projects and present updates to the business.
  • Identify and propose solutions to resolve issues that can impact project schedule, cost, or design integrity on multiple projects.
  • Attend installation of new concessions and stores, monitoring standards and snagging issues.

About You:

  • You are a junior project manager with experience within retail/store design.
  • You have extensive knowledge of accessibility and building codes, as well as basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural concepts.
  • Experience in managing the approval process for retail stores in all types of environments (new stores, existing stores, historic street-facing buildings, etc.).
  • Excellent project planning and time management skills, with an exceptional eye for detail and great vision on how to use spaces and commercial opportunities.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently as well as collaboratively and drive team success.
  • Highly skilled in the visual, written, and verbal communication of design issues.
  • Ability to balance design with operational needs and budget objectives, resulting in exceptional store environments and customer experience.
  • Confident in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of Vectorworks or AutoCAD is beneficial.
