About the Role
We are looking for an inspiring Store Design Project Manager to join our UK team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This role involves managing key store design projects for the UK region, from initial briefing and creative concept to store opening. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional Charlotte Tilbury customer experience within cost, timeline and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure design standards and concepts are maintained in all architectural details. You will also be responsible for managing design packs for internal approval and external retailer sign off processes.
- Manage, assist and develop Charlotte Tilbury consultants, including ME engineers, external PMs and architects.
- Understand and interpret DDA and building codes and ensure compliance in all relevant building applications.
- Perform material and detail research with suppliers and consultants for architectural store design elements.
- Evaluate and propose solutions to resolve issues that can impact project schedule, cost or design integrity on multiple projects.
- Manage the whole store design process from design to execution and after care.
Requirements
- You have demonstrable experience in a similar role within Project Management in Store Design, alongside experience in managing the approval process for retail stores in all types of environments.
- Extensive knowledge of best practice within the construction industry, including accessibility and building codes.
- You have an exceptional eye for detail and great vision on how to use spaces and commercial opportunities.
- An excellent communicator: confident and comfortable presenting, able to influence and effectively articulate your point of view.
- You have exceptional organisational skills and can manage multiple stakeholders with ease.
