About SMC Design: We're a leading design studio in London, seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

We're looking for a seasoned professional with 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in the design and architecture industry. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class designs and ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team from inception to completion, demonstrating expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Develop and implement design concepts, ensuring they meet SMC Design's brand ideals.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and workflows efficiently, with a strategic mindset to deliver profitability.
  • Collaborate with contractors, sub-teams, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Generate and manage project reports, documentation, and schedules.
  • Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in senior management meetings and contribute to the development of SMC Design.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of post-grad experience in project management, specifically in design and architecture.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional design and project management skills.
  • Expertise in CAD software, Microsoft Office, and project reporting.
  • Strong leadership and initiative skills, with the ability to manage time and resources effectively.
