We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to lead our hospitality interior design projects in our London Studio. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for leading all design phases, establishing the vision, and collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement comprehensive design solutions for hospitality projects

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment and quality

• Review and provide feedback on design and technical drawings

• Ensure design solutions meet client requirements and budget constraints

• Manage design budgets and track expenses

• Lead and mentor junior designers to develop their skills and expertise

• Conduct client interviews to determine space needs and requirements

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:


• Graduate degree in interior design or architecture

• 8+ years of experience in commercial hospitality interior design projects

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


• Extensive knowledge of design principles and aesthetics

• Proficient with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results
