Job Role: Senior Designer/Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team from inception to completion, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Develop world-class designs, adhering to SMC Design's brand ideals.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and workflows efficiently.
  • Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers on site.
  • Generate creative plans using sketches and CAD software.
  • Proven track record of 10 years in project management.
  • Familiar with project reporting and documentation requirements.
  • Manage project deliverables and approval of project output.
  • Participate in senior management meetings.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma with 10 years' post-grad experience.
  • Applicable knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Experience in using CAD software fluently in 2D and 3D.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
